Participated with a small team of developers to create several custom applications based on customer needs. Used all available technologies including C#, ASP.NET, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (Ajax, jQuery, YUI, etc), ORMs (Strongly Typed Datasets, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework). An emphasis was placed on effective communication with the customer, accurate estimating and maximizing billable hours.

• Developed e-commerce site that allows customers to design a photobook and place an order into an automated printing/fulfillment process. Designed graphics in Photoshop, used ASP.NET/Ajax Control Toolkit for presentation layer, Linq-to-Sql with partial classing for business layer and a combination of XML and MSSQL for data storage. Integrated with printing/fulfillment center via web services and xml.
• Coordinated suite of 15+ websites for customer in the photo packaging industry. Redesigned several of the sites and transitioned other existing sites to ASP.NET/C#.
• Created a full cycle payroll system for a Stevedoring company to manage the timesheets and paychecks for several thousand union employees operating out of multiple ports. Used C#, Strongly Typed Datasets, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Created a C#/ASP.Net UI/BL framework to help automate and abstract common project tasks. Included a JavaScript windowing/communication API, UI stylesheets and controls, a business class hierarchy and factories for creating objects and collections.

Worked on several large projects for internal customers in departments throughout the Kennedy Space Center. Required basic security clearance.

• Developed a liquid fuel inventory system to track and report on physical transactions at fuel stations and storage tanks. Required importing millions of records from multiple flat file sources via DTS and transforming to a normalized structure using T-SQL. WinForms/C# was used to collect further information and Crystal Reports was used to display summarized transaction statistics.
• Developed an expense reimbursement reporting system. Used SSRS and custom C# assemblies to generate data table and graph based reports to analyze the effectiveness of the expense reimbursement workflow.
• Created an intranet web interface to the base-wide employee directory. Used ASP.NET and Ajax to provide a highly responsive interface able to search and display 20k+ employee profiles.
• Designed a web application to help automate the print shop ordering process. Used ASP.NET with Telerik UI controls, C# business objects and Enterprise Library Data Access with stored procedures.

• Created an Agenda Management application to help city council members collect, organize and print meeting agendas based on items submitted by the public. Utilized JSP, Java Applets, HTML, CSS and Javascript to provide an interface to the core product C++ API.
• Worked on NetFYI, the core web based interface for document management and workflow. Using ASP.NET and a proprietary HTML template system.
• Designed and maintained company website using ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript. Included several database-driven web applications enabling department managers to maintain their section of the website. Designed graphics for website and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop.
• Developed and implemented online training class scheduling with secure credit card processing for customer enrollment.
